School Nurses are trained nurse who work with young people. We work in schools and other places where young people visit. We can arrange to see you in person or you might prefer to text us and ask questions. Our text number is 07480 635 363. This is a safe and confidential service. You do not have to tell the School Nurse your name. You can text at any time however we can only reply between 9am and 5pm during the week.
There might be times when we are worried about your safety and we need to talk to other professionals to help keep you safe. We will always be honest and tell you of we are worried and what we might need to do and who else we might need to talk to. Keeping you safe and well is our top priority.
