Teenage years are a time of real changes your bodies and how you feelings. Your sexual health and wellbeing are part of these changes and is really important part of how you feel physically and emotionally
School Nurses have additional training in sexual health and wellbeing and can offer you advice and support. If you would like to talk to a school nurse about your health, if you are worried about something or you think you should be having some extra support in school then you can text us on our ChatHealth number 07480 635363. You can talk confidentially* to a school nurse

We also work in schools to helps teachers to deliver relationship and sexual health education, so you might meet a school nurse in school and they will be happy to answer any of your questions

- Walsall Integrated Sexual Health (WiSH) If you are concerned about any aspect of your sexual health, WiSH are there to provide a full range of free services to support and look after you. Clinics are based at Walsall Manor Hospital and in the town centre.
- Brook is a charity that provides lots of information for young people about sexual health and wellbeing
