Here is some information if you are worried about eating.
How are your eating habits? Do you enjoy your food? Look forward to mealtimes? Or do you find eating difficult? Are you eating too much? Or not eating enough? Do you avoid eating in front of others? Do you feel you’re putting on too much weight?
If you have any worries, concerns or questions about your eating habits than the School Nurse is a good person to talk to. You can come and see us at our health drop-ins, which we offer at each secondary school across Brighton and Hove and West Sussex. Or you can arrange a one-to-one appointment or get in touch with us by texting “I’d like advice about eating” to our ChatHealth service as follows:
Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-4,30pm (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Your message will be seen during those times, and we aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours. If you need help urgently, you should contact your doctor, visit an NHS walk-in centre or call 111. If it is an emergency, dial 999 or visit A&E.
