This service is confidential: we only share your information if we are worried about you or someone else’s safety or if you share information which may be concerning or put you or someone else at risk or danger.

The service is available Monday to Friday 9am- 5pm (excluding bank holidays). The text line stays open during the school holidays too. We aim to reply to you within one working day and you should get an immediate bounce-back to confirm we received your text. Texts will not be seen outside of normal working hours. If you need help before you hear back from us, contact you GP, NHS 111 or dial 999 if it is an emergency.
