This booklet has been written to help support you to help your child or teen get a good night’s sleep and to relieve some of the worries you may be feeling as a parent.
Helping your child to get a good night’s sleep is one of the most important things you can do for your child or teen. Helping them to achieve decent quality sleep will improve their physical health, and their educational, social and emotional well-being.
