Our HYPE Champion Henry and Louise, HYPE Champion and Barnardo’s volunteer, have collaborated and produced this poem, for Youth Mental Health Day, explaining to us all what it feels like when you have a mental health disorder and reminds us why it is important to take time and listen to those that need an open ear.
