Play Days 2024

A series of fun Play Days for families are taking place across Broxtowe this summer.

Broxtowe Borough Council has organised the events, which will feature inflatables, fair rides, arts and crafts, puppet shows and more, as well as health information and advice.

The theme this year is Play – the culture of childhood: supporting play, fun and friendships.

The events are:

• Tuesday, 30th July – Chilwell Play Day, Inham Nook Recreation Ground, Blandford Road, Chilwell NG9 4GY
• Thursday, 1st August – Eastwood Play Day, Coronation Park, off Plumptree Way NG16 3LQ
• Monday, 5th August – Stapleford Play Day, Ilkeston Road Recreation Ground, Stapleford NG9 8JL
• Thursday, 8th August – Kimberley Play Day, Kimberley School Field, off Newdigate Street, Kimberley NG16 1FB
• Monday, 12th August – Beeston Play Day, Broadgate Park, off Humber Road, Beeston NG9 2EF

The events will run from 12pm until 4pm with opening ceremonies at 1pm.
