Video provides information and advice about exam stress
A series of support videos have been made available online by Nottinghamshire CAMHS Mental Health Support Team, including help with exam stress.
The CAMHS Mental Health Support Team is a collaborative service across health and education, available in project schools across Nottinghamshire.
They are an early intervention mental health and wellbeing service in schools aimed at providing support for children, young people and families around low-level emotional wellbeing needs, such as anxiety, low mood, managing emotions, and sleep.
They link in directly with Nottinghamshire CAMHS teams and provide in school sessions to promote positive mental health. Their work is delivered on a 1:1 and group/workshop basis.
The team has developed some videos to support young people as well as parents and carers.
One of those covers exam stress, explaining what stress is, the symptoms and how young people can cope with it.
The CAMHS webpage also features videos on Moving Schools, 5 Ways to Wellbeing, and Sleeps Workshop.
