Rappers and lyricists talk openly about mental health.
Young people in Nottinghamshire are being invited to watch a series of videos from the Every Mind Matters campaign which looks to tackle mental health issues.
The Rest and Rewind series, run in conjunction with Channel 4, features leading UK MCs, rappers and lyricists talking openly about mental health.
They offer science-based mindfulness techniques to help young people improve their wellbeing.

There is also an NHS YouTube playlist available entitled ‘Mental Health Awareness Week: A chance to breathe, some space to think’.
Playlist video topics include: how to cope with anxiety; depression; unusual wellbeing methods; talking therapies; anxiety; and guided meditation.
