Tellmi is a digital mental health service that is free for anyone over the age of 11 who lives in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.
Sometimes, you need support but you don’t want to talk to parents, teachers, or even your friends. Tellmi is a safe, anonymous app where you can talk about absolutely anything. From anxiety to autism, dating to depression, or self-harm to self-esteem, sharing your experiences with an online community helps you to feel better.
Tellmi is easy to use. Make posts anonymously to connect to people your own age. They share their advice and experience with you and when you do the same, it helps them too. All posts and replies are pre-moderated by humans and counsellors are available from 8.30am till 11pm 365 days a year if you need extra support.
You can also get free 1-2-1 therapy through Tellmi. There is no waiting list and you don’t need a referral. Tellmi therapy is different. It uses a structured approach which helps you to identify your strengths and achieve your goals.
