The C-Card is a card which offers free and easy access to condoms and lube in a range of venues, including some clinics, schools, colleges and pharmacies. In Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland, the C-Card is available to those aged 14+.
The C-Card service is confidential and provided by Leicester Sexual Health.
Registration is quick and easy and takes about 10 minutes. You will only be asked for a few simple details like your name, postcode and date of birth.
If you are under 16, we will talk with you to make sure that you are in a safe and healthy relationship and that you are not at risk in any way
All the information you provide is confidential and will not be passed on to anyone else, (unless there are concerns about your safety, but a health professional would always try and talk to you about this first).
If you are 16 or over, you can call the service on 0300 124 0102 for quick and easy C-Card registration.
If you are 18 and over, you can register for a C-Card online using this registration form. Your C-Card will then be delivered to you within 10 working days. Please note that you can only register online if you are 18 or over – C-Cards cannot be issued this way if you are under this age.
Type your postcode into the C-Card search bar in the clinic and service locator to find your nearest C-Card registration venue. This could be a clinic, pharmacy or the educational venue which you attend.
Please click on the venue itself to find out whether it offers C-Card registration. If a venue is listed as distribution-only, this means it can only give you free condoms if you already have a C-Card.
