In response to the rising concern for young people’s mental health and wellbeing, the Eastleigh Youth Partnership have developed a health and wellbeing toolkit.
Packed with videos and content created by local providers, the toolkit aims to give young people the resources you can use to manage your own mental health and general wellbeing including exercise classes, cook-a-long sessions, coping techniques for stress and anxiety and links to local and national support agencies.
It’s hoped that some of the sessions available through the toolkit will be able to translate to face-to-face activities when circumstances allow, and will also help to show young people what support is available locally.
You can access the health and wellbeing toolkit here or if you’d like to find out more information or contribute any videos or resources created by your organisation, please contact the Youth Partnership Coordinator.
